Job description

This role encompasses leadership of all departments, from front office and housekeeping to food and beverage, while ensuring alignment with the resort’s brand and strategic goals.

WORK SETTING

Office Based / Field Based

Duties & Responsibilities

Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.
Team Management: training, and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Guest Experience: Resolve complaints promptly, monitor feedback for service improvements, and build relationships with VIP guests to ensure personalized experiences.
Financial Management: Manage budgets to control costs and meet revenue goals, analyze financial data for growth opportunities, and work with sales and marketing to boost bookings.
Brand Standards: Ensure operations reflect Attaché brand standards while refining offerings to align with market trends and guest expectations.
Sustainability: Adopt sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact and collaborate with local communities to strengthen the resort’s reputation.

Education & Training 

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Financial Management: Expertise in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis to drive profitability.
Guest Relations: Ability to build strong relationships with guests, particularly VIPs, to ensure personalized experiences
