Job description

As a Guest Relations Executive at Beast House, they will be the first point of contact for members and guests—ensuring a warm, premium, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. They will also serve as the Door Host during EC Nights to implements a elevated club culture nights, managing guest entry, VIP coordination, and maintaining brand integrity at the door. In addition, they will support lead generation and sales efforts across our workspace and membership services, helping grow the business and engage with the Jax community during the week.

Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Hosting (Core Duties)
• Greet and engage guests and members with professionalism, hospitality, and brand-aligned tone.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Beast House offerings to confidently answer questions or upsell services.
• Resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage guest check-ins and ensure VIP protocols are followed.

ECC Nights – Door Hosting
• Oversee entry operations for ECC events including guest list, ticketing, and VIP access.
• Ensure smooth guest flow while upholding the venue’s standard of exclusivity.
• Coordinate closely with security and event staff to manage the atmosphere at the door.
• Represent the energy and culture of Beast House to all visitors, press, and influencers.

Lead Generation & Workspace Sales Support
• Engage with guests in the workspace area to identify potential members or leads.
• Provide workspace tours to prospective clients when needed.
• Track interactions and leads for the sales team via CRM or reporting tools.
• Support the sales and marketing team with outreach initiatives and follow-ups.

Team & Operations Support
• Work closely with events, operations, and membership teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Assist in setting up events or activations when required.
• Provide weekly reports on guest insights, member feedback, and lead opportunities.

Education & Training 

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field

Knowledge & Experience

Hospitality, customer service, VIP handling

2+ years in guest service or hotel front office

Skills & Abilities  

Warm, confident, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.

Strong customer service or hospitality background.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.

Sales awareness and ability to spot and nurture new business leads.

Flexible availability, especially during evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions

6 days per week, averaging 8 hours per day (48 hours/week).

Evening availability required for ECC nights and special events (typically Tuesday & weekends).

Rotational off-day based on event schedule.
