Job description

The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding standards of hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Experience:
Ensure a premium guest experience by providing exceptional customer service to all poolside guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Anticipate the needs of guests, delivering personalized service that reflects luxury and exclusivity.
Pool Operations:
Supervise daily pool operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of poolside areas, including pools, lounges, and surrounding spaces.
Monitor the pool’s equipment, chemical balance, and overall safety to meet health and safety standards.
Ensure all poolside amenities (towels, beverages, etc.) are consistently stocked and available.
Team Management:
Oversee, train, and supervise pool staff, ensuring high standards of service, grooming, and professionalism.
Delegate tasks effectively to pool attendants and lifeguards and monitor performance.
Conduct regular team briefings and offer feedback to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Handle emergency situations and incidents with professionalism and ensure a timely response.
Ensure the safety of the guests with having someone to mentor
Event Support:
Support the planning and execution of poolside events and member activities, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., food and beverage, concierge) to deliver a seamless experience during special events.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain records of pool activities, inventory, staff performance, and guest feedback.
Report issues and suggest improvements to management for continual enhancement of pool services.

Education & Training 

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.

Certifications:
Pool and lifeguard certifications (CPR and First Aid) are preferred.
Health and safety certifications related to pool operations and guest safety are desirable.
Training:
On-the-job training will be provided, including service standards, pool operations, and emergency procedures

Working Conditions

9 Hours ( +/- 90 minutes)

    This assessment evaluates key qualities essential for hospitality roles, such as problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Candidates must score 80% or higher to qualify for an interview at the Job Fair.

     

  2. Register for the Job Fair 
    The registration link will be available after you pass the test.
