Duties & Responsibilities

Operations Management: Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and quick resolution of issues.
Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, provide training, manage schedules, and evaluate performance.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with reordering
Event Management Support: Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring logistics and requirements are met.
Health, Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Financial Monitoring: Track financial performance, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Brand & Venue Consistency: Ensure the venue aligns with the company’s brand image and maintain high standards.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Resolve operational challenges quickly and make decisions to maintain smooth operations.
Reporting & Communication: Communicate with the Manager on updates, staff concerns, and operational issues, preparing reports as needed.

Education & Training 

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position within the hospitality or service industry.

Knowledge & Experience

Hospitality Operations.
Event Coordination.
Inventory Management.
Financial Management.
Health and Safety Standards.

Skills & Abilities  

Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate staff, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complaints, resolve issues, and make quick decisions under pressure.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and responsibilities.
Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent service, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing their needs promptly
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve organizational goals.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility in adjusting to changes and unexpected challenges in the workplace.

Working Conditions

9 Hours ( +/- 90 minutes)
