As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hospitality business by developing and implementing sales strategies

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Attache project.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Manage client relationships, including maintaining regular contact with existing clients and fostering relationships with potential customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing training and development opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Education & Training 

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and business development in the hospitality industry.

Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge of the hospitality industry and key players
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the hospitality industry

Skills & Abilities  

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Leadership and team management experience.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to travel if necessary

Working Conditions

9 hours ( +/- 90 minutes)
