Job description
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and achieving financial goals. The role requires strong leadership skills to create a positive dining experience for guests while maintaining high operational standards.
Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and implement operational policies to provide a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise all restaurant staff, fostering a positive team culture. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure high service standards.
Customer Service: Ensure an outstanding dining experience for all guests by proactively engaging with them. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and implement feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Financial Management: Monitor and control restaurant finances, including preparing budgets and analyzing sales reports. Manage costs and optimize inventory levels to maximize profitability while ensuring high-quality service and food standards.
Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract customers through innovative marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Education & Training
Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management
2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of
education and experience
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
