Duties & Responsibilities
Member Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with members, ensuring a deep understanding of their preferences and needs.
Service Excellence: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to all members, addressing their concerns and inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
Membership Experience: Design and execute strategies to enhance the overall membership experience through personalized interactions and services.
Event Coordination: Assist with planning and execution of member-exclusive events, including social gatherings, networking opportunities, and educational sessions.
Onboarding New Members: Guide new members through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the community.
Feedback & Improvement: Collect member feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve membership offerings and services.
Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between members and other departments to resolve any issues or fulfill requests efficiently.
Communication: Keep members informed about updates, events, and relevant opportunities through regular communication, such as newsletters and personalized updates.
Retention & Renewal: Monitor membership status, follow up on renewals, and implement strategies to retain members.
Data Management: Maintain accurate member records in the CRM system, ensuring that all member interactions, feedback, and requests are documented.
Education & Training
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
+3 years in a customer service, hospitality, or membership relations role, preferably within a luxury or high-end environment
