Job description
The Membership Manager at Attaché will be responsible for developing and managing the membership program, ensuring member satisfaction, retention, and growth. The role focuses on fostering relationships with current and prospective members, delivering exceptional member experiences, and implementing strategies to achieve membership sales and retention targets.

Duties & Responsibilities
Membership Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members, foster strong relationships with existing members for improved retention and engagement, and efficiently manage membership renewals, upgrades, and downgrades with timely follow-ups.
Membership Sales & Revenue: Meet membership sales targets by highlighting the benefits and value of membership packages. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns and promotions that boost membership, and track sales performance to offer actionable insights for improvement.
Member Engagement & Experience: Plan and oversee events, activities, and communications to boost member satisfaction. Professionally address all member inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and organize networking events and workshops that enhance the value of the membership program.
Membership Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date membership database. Generate regular reports, analyze trends, and provide insights for ongoing improvements.
Collaboration & Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and experiences for members. Establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the membership value proposition.
Budget & Financial Management: Prepare and oversee the membership program budget to ensure cost-effective activities, and deliver financial reports with recommendations to enhance membership profitability.
Education & Training
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Professional Certifications in Membership Management, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
Knowledge & Experience
Membership management experience in hospitality or luxury sectors.
Knowledge of recruitment and retention strategies.
CRM systems and database management.
Achieved sales targets and revenue growth.
Event organization and member engagement.
Trend analysis and actionable insights.
Budget management experience.
Skills & Abilities
