Duties & Responsibilities

Event Planning: Curate and maintain a calendar of exclusive events, ensuring they reflect members' preferences and align with the club's vision.
Coordination: Manage all aspects of event execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams (culinary, operations, entertainment) and external vendors for flawless delivery.
Member Engagement: Build and sustain strong, personalized relationships with members, actively seeking their feedback to improve event offerings and enhance overall satisfaction
Budget Management: Develop detailed event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining the highest quality standards without exceeding costs.
Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of top-quality products and services for each event.
Programming: Design and implement dynamic, engaging programming that resonates with members’ interests, including cultural, social, and professional activities.
Performance Tracking: Analyze event data, such as attendance, feedback, and financial performance, and provide actionable insights to senior management to enhance future events.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that every event meets or exceeds the club’s luxury standards, from planning through execution and follow-up.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies that effectively highlight upcoming events and encourage member participation.
Post-Event Evaluation: Lead post-event reviews, gathering feedback from members and team members to assess success and identify opportunities for improvement in future events.
Compliance: Ensure all events adhere to relevant safety, legal, and health regulations, as well as club policies, for the safety and well-being of all attendees.

Education & Training 

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years in event planning, programming, or a similar role in luxury or hospitality industries.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and facilitating clear communication with members, vendors, and internal teams.
Problem-solving: Ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve challenges and enhance event experiences.
Budgeting: Proficient in creating and managing event budgets, optimizing resources without compromising quality.
Negotiation: Skilled in securing favorable terms with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
Attention to detail: Focused on ensuring that every aspect of an event meets the highest standards of quality and member satisfaction.
Team collaboration: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth event execution.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and meeting deadlines.
Adaptability: Quick to adjust to last-minute changes, unexpected challenges, or shifting member needs.
Creativity: Strong ability to develop unique, engaging event concepts that align with member interests and club objectives.
Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide teams, ensuring alignment with event goals and club standards.
Technology proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools, including budgeting and scheduling applications.
Cultural awareness: Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds, enabling the creation of inclusive, appealing experiences for all members.

Working Conditions

9 Hours ( +/- 90 minutes)
