The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's marketing activities, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance to optimize results. Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products/services and achieve business objectives.
Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay abreast of industry trends.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
Cultivate relationships with external partners, such as agencies, vendors, and media outlets, to enhance marketing initiatives
Education & Training
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Additional certifications or training in marketing management, digital marketing, or related areas is a plus
Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional.
Familiarity with market research methods and data analysis techniques to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
Skills & Abilities
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
