An Income Auditor verifies the accuracy and completeness of a hotel's daily revenue and expenses. They reconcile front desk records, point-of-sale systems, and other sources to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. This role is crucial for financial reporting and identifying potential revenue leakage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures presented by MDL Beast.
Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices and statements.
Maintaining historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
Verifying expense reports and preparing checks for employees.
Paying third parties by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding bills.
Maintaining a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with MDL Beast policies and procedures.
Address and respond to third parties’ inquiries.
Process checks requests and expense reports on a regular basis.
Report Taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices

Education & Training 

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

Knowledge & Experience

Proven working experience as Income Auditor.
Experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and Income Auditor principles

The ability to execute tasks in a timely manner, even under pressure
