Job description
This role involves managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating the flow of guests within the dining area. The Host/Hostess plays a key role in maintaining the restaurant's standards of service and hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Reservations Management: Handle phone and online reservations, ensuring that guest preferences are noted and accommodated.
Seating Arrangements: Manage seating assignments to optimize the dining experience and minimize wait times
Customer Service: Provide information about the restaurant, including menu items, specials, and events, and address guest inquiries and requests.
Table Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, ensuring tables are set and ready for guests.
Communication: Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service.
Problem-Solving: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
Maintain Ambiance: Ensure the dining area is welcoming and visually appealing, adhering to the restaurant's standards of decor.
Education & Training
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous Experience: Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
Working Conditions
9 hours ( +/- 90 minutes)
