Job description
Develop effective and efficient layouts that align with briefs, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines when required.
Ensure all organizational marketing objectives are met.
Support the organization’s activities and projects by following the direction of the Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer.
Work on special projects, initiatives, and promotions as directed by the Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer.
Collaborate with and assist the Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer as needed.
Provide support to the Marketing department with additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Provide support to the HR / L&D departments with presentations as needed.
Maintain and protect the integrity of the organization’s brand.
Contribute to the development of organizational and marketing initiatives.
Complete all design and ad hoc requests in a timely manner.
Responsible for creative design and must have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Canva, Keynote, and Google Workspace.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing all graphic design needs for the organization, as well as supporting external projects.

Education & Training
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Theater, live entertainment, destination and classical culture marketing field.
Proven experience and expertise in graphic design, social media, email and online marketing.
A collaborative personality who is a team player.
Innovative and creative thinker to generate maximum exposure for the organization's culture.
The Graphic Designer must have graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
