Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor ensures smooth floor operations by supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining guest satisfaction. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues quickly to uphold service excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise waitstaff and ensure service standards are maintained.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team members, maintaining high service standards and adherence to company policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
- Support staff recruitment, scheduling, and shift coverage planning.
