Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service flow, guest seating, and coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
- Deliver premium guest experiences by anticipating needs, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining luxury service standards.
- Recruit, train, and lead front-of-house staff, fostering professionalism, consistency, and guest-focused service.
- Manage budgets, monitor revenue, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Support and execute events, seasonal activations, and private functions with flawless service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Uphold brand standards by maintaining attention to detail, innovation, and exclusivity in all aspects of service.
