Job Description
The Receptionist plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. This includes adhering to company standards, supporting internal operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. The role demands adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently while maintaining service excellence and operational accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Receiving and distributing mail and packages.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary.
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and record-keeping.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
