Job Description
The Quality & Food Safety Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. This includes adhering to company standards, supporting internal operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. The role demands adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently while maintaining service excellence and operational accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all kitchen and service operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of food preparation, storage, and handling processes to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and management to implement standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
- Track inventory, review supplier quality, and ensure ingredients meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement in food quality and service.
- Provide training and guidance to kitchen and service staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality best practices.
