Duties & Responsibilities

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to ensure timely supply without overstocking.
- Assess supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards throughout the procurement process.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and procurement activities.
- Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities or process improvements.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to forecast needs and optimize procurement efficiency.
