Job Description
The Pool Club Manager oversees daily operations of the pool and club area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high-quality guest service. This role involves supervising staff, organizing poolside events, and managing budgets while maintaining a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise lifeguards, attendants, and service staff.
- Ensure pool facilities meet health and safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate poolside events and activities.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries.
- Manage stock and supplies for the pool club.
