Job Description
The Night Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. This includes adhering to company standards, supporting internal operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. The role demands adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently while maintaining service excellence and operational accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer service: managing the reception team, and maintaining a positive first impression for all guests. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills
- Front Desk Operations: Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests. Manage the reception team to adhere to service standards and company policies.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service for all guests by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance as needed. Maintain a warm and welcoming environment to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop reception staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to foster a high-performance team. Conduct performance evaluations to implement strategies for continuous improvement
