Job Description
The Membership Relations plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term member relationships.
- Deliver excellent service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Enhance the overall membership experience through personalized support and initiatives.
- Coordinate member-exclusive events and activities.
- Support new member onboarding for a smooth integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison across departments.
- Collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of services.
- Communicate updates, events, and opportunities to members.
- Monitor membership renewals and implement retention strategies.
- Manage accurate member records in the CRM system.
