Job Description
The Mechanical/Swimming Pool Supervisor ensures proper maintenance of swimming pools and related mechanical systems. This includes water treatment, equipment upkeep, and safety compliance to guarantee smooth operations and guest safety.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pool and beach operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests.
- Monitor and maintain pool water quality, including pH, chlorine, and chemical balance, in compliance with health standards.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of pool mechanical systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and dosing equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of pool areas, equipment, and systems to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Supervise and train pool and beach staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Create staff schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including emergency and first-aid procedures.
- Manage inventory of pool chemicals, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and cost-effective procurement.
