Job Description
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves conducting training needs analysis, designing engaging learning content, and supporting career development initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess training needs through surveys and performance data.
- Develop and deliver workshops, e-learning, and training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support career development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with managers to align training with business goals.
