Job Description
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves conducting training needs analysis, designing engaging learning content, and supporting career development initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training plans.
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and handouts.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and logistics, ensuring effective communication with participants.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to align training with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and ensure skill application.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for reporting purposes.
