Job Description
The Head Hostess plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. This includes adhering to company standards, supporting internal operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. The role demands adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently while maintaining service excellence and operational accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and VIP guest services to ensure a welcoming and seamless dining experience.
- Supervise, train, and lead the host/hostess team, maintaining high service standards and team coordination.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and management for smooth front-of-house operations, especially during peak periods.
- Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the front-of-house area.
- Requires high school diploma (hospitality training preferred), strong communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
