Job Description
The Group Financial Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. This includes adhering to company standards, supporting internal operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. The role demands adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently while maintaining service excellence and operational accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements; provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and manage a finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with departments and maintain relationships with auditors, bankers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while implementing effective controls, policies, and procedures.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA/CPA preferred), 5+ years of financial management experience, strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience with financial software; multinational experience is an advantage.
