The Group Events Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events by managing logistics, venues, catering, entertainment, and transportation to meet client expectations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-efficiency while staying within financial constraints.
- Oversee marketing and promotion strategies, including social media campaigns, to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage on-site event operations, ensuring schedules are followed, issues are resolved, and attendees receive excellent service.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and evaluating success to improve future events.
