Job Description
As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing accurate financial reports. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting the finance team in budgeting, audits, and overall financial management. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting operations.
