Job Description
The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, including reception, dining areas, and guest services.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and manage FOH staff, fostering teamwork and professional development.
- Coordinate with back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and workflow during peak periods.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of guest areas.
