The Food Safety Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. - Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all food preparation and service areas.
- Train and supervise staff on food safety, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Investigate food safety incidents, manage corrective actions, and maintain detailed records for compliance.
- Collaborate with operations, kitchen, and quality teams to ensure consistent standards and safe food handling.
