The Event Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Oversee and train the events team to ensure efficient and high-quality event delivery.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction before, during, and after events.
- Develop and monitor event budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial compliance.
- Supervise on-site event operations, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing for event promotion and material creation.
