Job Description
The Event Executive plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. This includes adhering to company standards, supporting internal operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed. The role demands adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently while maintaining service excellence and operational accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate, social, and product launch events.]
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for catering, décor, AV, transportation, and other event services.
- Support budget management by tracking costs, reporting, and ensuring expenses remain within limits.
- Manage event logistics including venue bookings, guest lists, registration, setup, and breakdown.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Supervise on-site event operations, ensuring smooth flow and resolving last-minute issues.
- Provide excellent guest and attendee service before, during, and after events.
