The Chef De Partie plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food preparation and ensure all tasks meet quality and standard requirements.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and coordinate tasks with the sous chef.
- Oversee and mentor junior chefs, guiding their work and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Estimate daily production needs and check quality of raw and cooked food products.
- Maintain high-quality food production, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to food preparation, storage, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Be fully knowledgeable of menu items, recipes, production methods, and presentation standards.
- Ensure proper handling and preservation of food products at correct temperatures.
