The Catering Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish business pillars and operational infrastructure in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Conduct client meetings to understand event needs, provide advice, and offer budget-conscious suggestions.
- Design event proposals and quotes, detailing scope, menu, staffing, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with venues, decorators, vendors, and service providers for seamless event execution.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute menus that meet quality and profitability goals.
- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule catering staff to ensure efficient operations and budget adherence.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, managing on-site operations and resolving issues promptly.
