Job Description
The Beach and Pool Manager plays a pivotal role within the organization by executing specialized responsibilities tied to their department. Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the beach and pool areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and high service standards.
- Manage and schedule beach and pool staff, including attendants, lifeguards, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including lifeguard protocols and water quality standards.
- Monitor inventory of poolside and beach supplies, including towels, loungers, umbrellas, and equipment; coordinate restocking as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Collaborate with food & beverage and events teams to support poolside and beach events or promotions.
