Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers while maintaining a clean, energetic, and safe environment. This role requires knowledge of classic and innovative cocktails, customer interaction skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders in fast-paced settings. Compliance with regulations, inventory monitoring, and maintaining bar ambiance are essential to success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, including soft drinks, mocktails, and specialty drinks, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Recommend drinks to guests and provide personalized service.
- Greet and interact with guests, addressing complaints and special requests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including equipment and workstations.
- Monitor bar inventory and alert supervisors to low stock; assist with restocking.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, ensuring proper record-keeping.
