Job Description
The Barista prepares a range of specialty coffee and tea beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, managing stock levels, operating coffee machines, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Attention to detail, speed, and communication skills are vital in ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized service.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including tools, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock ingredients and supplies, and alert supervisors of low stock.
