Job Description
The Assistant Storekeeper ensures smooth warehouse operations by managing stock, organizing inventory, and assisting in procurement processes. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and effective communication with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate stock movement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, label, and store incoming goods in designated areas.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Support periodic stock counts and audits.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
