Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps oversee restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and smooth coordination between front and back of house. This role involves supervising staff, assisting with schedules, and supporting financial targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest enjoys a personalized and memorable dining experience, addressing concerns promptly.
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including inventory, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Support budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Maintain a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere consistent with the brand’s luxury image.
- Utilize restaurant management systems and financial reporting tools effectively.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
