Job Description
The Assistant Resort Manager works closely with the Resort Manager to ensure seamless resort operations across multiple departments. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and supporting financial and operational goals of the property.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising all resort departments.
- Handle guest relations and resolve service concerns.
- Support staff training and scheduling.
- Monitor resort performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and standards.
