Job Description
The Assistant Resort Manager works closely with the Resort Manager to ensure seamless resort operations across multiple departments. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and supporting financial and operational goals of the property.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily resort operations, ensuring front office, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational services run smoothly.
- Monitor operational efficiency, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising resort staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and service standards.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage MOD and guest ambassador teams, and motivate staff to uphold luxury service standards.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, P&L review, forecasting, and revenue monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the resort.
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute private functions, corporate events, and themed activities.
