Job description
The Role is to uphold high standards of hospitality, catering to the needs of an elite clientele while maintaining an atmosphere of exclusivity and relaxation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Service:
Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanour, ensuring a memorable first impression.
Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
Serve food and beverages promptly and in a polite, friendly manner.
Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals, addressing any special requests or issues promptly.
Collaboration with Team Members:
Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
Ensure that all guest requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar teams, maintaining the quality of service and timing.
Table Management:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing and resetting tables promptly.
Set up dining areas before and after service, ensuring tables are properly arranged with the necessary utensils and condiments.
Upselling & Sales:
Suggest and recommend additional food, beverages, or specials to guests, enhancing their overall experience and increasing sales.
Engage with guests to encourage repeat visits or promote special events.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately, ensuring that all payment methods are processed correctly.
Event Support & Special Service:
Provide exceptional service for special events or VIP guests, ensuring tailored experiences that meet their specific needs.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or functions hosted at the beach club.
Education & Training
Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Training:
On-the-job training provided, including orientation to luxury service standards, menu offerings, and customer service protocols.
Ongoing training in food safety, customer service, and menu knowledge as required.
Working Conditions
9 Hours ( +/- 90 minutes)

This assessment evaluates key qualities essential for hospitality roles, such as problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Candidates must score 80% or higher to qualify for an interview at the Job Fair.
