Job description
The Studio Producer at is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning through to the final recording, mixing, and delivery of content. You will collaborate with artists, engineers, and technical teams to create high-quality audio productions across a variety of formats. Your expertise in audio production, project management, and team coordination will be key in delivering outstanding content that meets the studio’s standards and clients’ needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production planning to post-production, ensuring smooth workflows and timely project delivery.
Creative Direction: Provide creative input and collaborate with artists to refine concepts, sound design, and overall production style to meet client expectations.
Recording & Engineering Oversight: Supervise recording sessions, ensuring technical setup, sound quality, and performance align with production standards.
Post-Production Supervision: Oversee the editing, mixing, and mastering processes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality audio output.
Project Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop production schedules and manage budgets to ensure resources are allocated efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed and addressing their feedback to meet their production needs.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with all studio personnel, fostering efficient teamwork and mentoring junior staff.
Continuous Learning & Industry Awareness: Stay current with trends and innovations in audio production through continuous learning and industry participation.
Education & Training
Degree or certification in Audio Production, Music Technology, or a related field is preferred.
+5 years of experience as a Studio Producer, Sound Engineer, or in a similar role within an audio production environment.
Working Conditions
9 Hours ( +/- 90 minutes)
