Job description
The Pool Attendant plays a key role in creating a luxurious and comfortable experience for guests while supporting the exclusive lifestyle that represents.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, ensuring all furniture, towels, and amenities are arranged and well-stocked.
Ensure the pool area is free from safety hazards, promptly addressing any issues such as slippery floors or debris.
Provide towels, sunscreen, and other amenities to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Assist guests with setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and other poolside needs.
Enforce poolside safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
Maintain the cleanliness of poolside areas by removing used towels, trash, and cleaning surfaces as needed.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or special requests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Monitor pool conditions, reporting any issues related to water quality.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the poolside bar area, ensuring it is well-stocked and ready for service.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless poolside operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure that poolside equipment, such as chairs, tables, and umbrellas, is in good condition and arranged neatly.
Report any incidents or safety concerns to the management immediately.
Education & Training
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar poolside or hospitality role is preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification is preferred or required (can be obtained after hire).
Ongoing training in safety protocols and customer service will be provided.
Working Conditions
9 Hours ( +/- 90 minutes)
