Job description

This role requires constant vigilance and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to any emergency. The Lifeguard will oversee the pool area, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed, and will provide first aid and rescue operations as needed. The position also involves offering guidance on water safety, maintaining a safe and enjoyable beach environment, and contributing to the overall luxury experience that is known for.

Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor designated beach areas and water activities to ensure the safety of all members and guests.
Enforce safety rules and regulations to minimize risks and maintain a secure environment.
Provide immediate first aid, CPR, and rescue operations when necessary.
Conduct routine safety checks of the pool equipment and facilities to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Assist with water sports activities, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.
Provide guests with water safety information and offer guidance on safe practices during water-related activities.
Maintain and update detailed records of incidents, injuries, and any safety equipment inspections or maintenance.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beach area, ensuring that it remains welcoming and safe for all members and guests.
Collaborate with the pool operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
Respond to any beach-related concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

Education & Training 

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Certification in Lifeguarding (American Red Cross, Royal Life Saving Society, or equivalent).
CPR and First Aid Certification (current and valid).
Ongoing in-service training as required to stay up-to-date with safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Working Conditions

9 Hours ( +/- 90 minutes)

  1. Complete the Test
    This assessment evaluates key qualities essential for hospitality roles, such as problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Candidates must score 80% or higher to qualify for an interview at the Job Fair.

     

  2. Register for the Job Fair 
    The registration link will be available after you pass the test.
