Job description

This role requires leadership, a passion for mixology, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a top-tier guest experience. You will manage a team of bartenders and bar staff, ensure the bar is fully stocked and operational, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Bar Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of drink quality.

Ensure the bar is well-stocked, organized, and fully operational at all times.

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including equipment, glasses, and surfaces.

Ensure all alcohol-related operations comply with local laws and regulations, including age restrictions and licensing requirements.

Staff Management & Training:
Lead, supervise, and train a team of bartenders and bar staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to guests.

Develop staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak times and events.

Monitor staff performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support to maintain high standards.

Foster a positive team environment, promoting cooperation, professionalism, and motivation.

Guest Experience & Customer Service:
Ensure that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at the bar by providing attentive and personalized service.

Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Recommend cocktails and beverages based on guest preferences and provide an expert level of drink knowledge.

Create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated.

Menu Development & Innovation:
Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and curate an innovative and exciting drink menu, including cocktails, wine selections, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles into the bar offerings.

Create seasonal specials or signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience and align with the club’s overall brand.

Inventory & Stock Management:
Oversee the ordering, stock control, and inventory of all bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.

Education & Training 

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Professional bartending and mixology certifications are highly desirable.

Ongoing training in customer service, cocktail techniques, inventory management, and safety standards will be provided.

Working Conditions

9 hours ( +/- 90 minutes)

    This assessment evaluates key qualities essential for hospitality roles, such as problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Candidates must score 80% or higher to qualify for an interview at the Job Fair.

     

  2. Register for the Job Fair 
    The registration link will be available after you pass the test.
